It’s a fact – home development can be a very frustrating and confusing
process. Too many individuals and companies are involved in this
business and it can be a very difficult decision to choose the best
company for the job. Our approach is unique. Real Exlusive Estates is
independent and therefore has the option to choose which construction
company we engage to build your new home. We have to be sure that we
can add real value to the process and design a unique home for our
client. No matter what you're looking for in a home design, you can

plans. That is why we use only the most reputable and long established
construction companies & architects in North Cyprus. Because each
client is an individual and presents us with a different set of
challenges, each home we sell is individually crafted and created to
your desired specification.
Getting Started
If you don’t already have your own plot of land for your custom design
home. Our Sister company Select Estates, have some of the most idilic
locations in north Cyprus and will assist in finding your ideal
location whether it be sea view, mountain view or both.
Once you have chosen the location the next stage will be to meet with
our architects for an initial interactive consultation session,
working with us to design your new home. During that session we will
gather information so we can specifically define your ideal home. You,
the homebuyer are a critical part of every aspect of the design and
development process. Therefore, we work in partnership with you and
involve you in every level of the process.
We will discuss every aspect of what you are looking for in a home –
from number of bedrooms to setting to style. Working in partnership
with you, we will identify, analyze and prioritize what it is that you
want and need. The information gathered during this session will serve
as the basis for your new home design.
Based on the information received from this consultation, we will
custom design a new home for you. Our architects will take 3 to 5 days
to complete the plans and specifications. We will then meet with you
to present your new home, fine-tune any details necessary, discuss and
approve the budget and timetable to create your new home. |
